SEN-18-00001 – TEST PLANNER – SUFFOLK, VA

  • Coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to establish and organize the JFS.
  • Conduct research, obtain relevant documents and directives, and establish liaison with appropriate sponsor and other interested participants.
  • Conduct studies, analyze options, and prepare briefings to carry out the assigned tasks of the JFS.   • Desired to have knowledge and experience in working in the area of coalition mission information sharing in support of a geographical combatant command (e.g., CJTF), and operational experience including collaboration and management of information, processes, and procedures with multiple partners in a dynamic environment in support of operations.
  • Provide knowledge and understanding of security engineering concepts including transfer and access cross domain systems and related policy; as well as network information technology expertise with Coalition network understanding and Coalition / Partner Nation Information Sharing Systems (e.g., Bi-lateral/Multi-lateral information exchange environments).

  • Candidate shall follow the work breakdown structure (WBS) as the comprehensive road map for overall execution of the JFS. WBS update recommendations as appropriate. Additional sub-task schedules developed by the Contractor to accomplish WBS tasks shall be of sufficient fidelity to allow project control by the FSD with oversight by the JT&E Program Office (JPO). Coordinate with the FSD and JTSC to ensure the JFS schedule includes all required activities with assigned responsibilities for each activity.

  • Develop a plan that explicitly describes the expected test article(s), and details a timeline for development. This plan will identify and include references to any best practices or other existing processes, procedures, or architectures that can be used as a starting point for development of the test article. Candidate shall identify requirements for test article development and include a detailed timeline that documents the activities, events, and way ahead for completion of the test article prior to the first test event. The Contractor shall develop a preliminary draft of the test article(s). If the JFS is chartered as a JT, the candidate shall further develop the test article(s) through warfighter site visits, TTP writing group meetings, tabletop forums (such as rehearsal of concept drills and table top exercises), and other planned activities to execute the test article development plan.

SR -18-00005: DISTRIBUTION PROCESS ADVOCATE – ALBANY, GA

  • Address USMC/Navy cargo problems related to standard port procedures (violation of which results in discrepancies).
  • Provide assistance to aerial port customer service representatives regarding DOD transiting shipments.
  • Assist aerial port customer service representatives by facilitating Marine Corps/Navy process improvements to minimize the occurrence of Marine Corps/Navy sponsored frustrated cargo.
  • Resolve/Process all frustrated cargo to ensure compliance with both aerial port and DOD requirements to include facilitating customs clearance.
  • Conduct analyses of cargo movement processes and emerging trends to provide guidance in the development of policy and process changes.
  • Monitor all cargo movements through all modes of transportation from origin to destination to determine the effectiveness of distribution system to meet time definite deliver standards, operational need goals, and customer wait time goals.
  • Review and analyze DTS process time-line data to identify deficiencies, develop process improvement courses of action (COA) and assist with the implementation of selected COA’s.
  • May perform as the team lead for contracted distribution support teams within a locality.
  • Is trained in the doctrinal concepts of landing support and the landing force support party; conducting port, arrival/departure airfield, helicopter landing zone, and rail head.

PRO-18-00004: LOGISTICS ANALYST – ALBANY, GA

  • Analyze the effects of Marine Ground Task Force tactical level logistics decisions on existing MARCORLOGCOM process and identify any risks that may rise.
  • Build and maintain reports and presentations portraying weekly Current Operation initiatives/programs to inform and for use by senior and executive management.
